CS5 in 5 App Contest (and BlackMoon gets to the podium again)

During the CS5 launch event in Warsaw (that was last Tuesday) there was a desing-coding contest “CS5 in 5“. The aim of the contest was to create a Air/Flash based app within 5 hours. The app main theme should have been “Birthday reminder”. I very happy to tell you that BlackMoon team (consiting of Mike as a programmer and myself as a designer) scored 3rd place in this contest.
We’ve created a “Urodzinofacebookoprzypominator” app, which connects to Facebook and reminds you if there’s anybody birthday on this given date (it can also run in the back and just show the notifications). The messages are pretty nice visually – we’ve created a set of custom numbers to depict the age. Stay tuned – we should upload the app for you to review soon.
Anyway – it was really a great event!
