I bought the image on shutterstock.com before using it in this tutorial. Accordingly to royalty free licence - I really don't have to add copyright info on the projects that are using the image. (actually - I didn't know who the author is until you told me) I am a fan of open source software, but I care a lot about copyright - and I would never used a pirated image on this site.
